Use bristle brush or wide tooth brush to detangle the hair without damaging it. Start at the bottom, as you would with your natural hair, detangling that area first before you move up to work on the top sections. For long lasting hair extensions, be gentle, as pulling can cause breakage.

Wet your hair extensions thoroughly with lukewarm water. Avoid using hot water, as it can damage the hair and cause them to become dry and brittle. Gently squeeze out any excess water before applying shampoo or conditioner to ensure that the products can penetrate the hair effectively. Avoid applying conditioner directly to the roots, as this can weigh down the extensions and cause them to become greasy.  Rinse them thoroughly with lukewarm water until all the conditioner is removed. Make sure there is no product residue left behind. Gently dry your hair extensions with a towel to remove excess water. Allow your hair extensions to air dry naturally.
* Can I beach or dye hair extensions?
 
 Real hair extensions should never be bleached or lightened, you should only ever dye or tone extensions to go darker. Lifting or lightening the hair will cause severe damage to the quality and decrease the life span. Synthetic hair extensions cannot be dyed.
